As a Certified Hogan Leadership Coach with expertise in DiSC, change management, and crucial conversations, I combine proven tools with practical experience to help organizations thrive. But what really gets me excited? Those 'aha moments' when leaders discover their true capabilities and teams align around shared purpose.
My experience spans multiple sectors - from transportation and logistics to nonprofit management - giving me a unique perspective on leadership challenges across different organizational cultures.
